Police on scene of SWAT situation in Delaware

DELAWARE, Ohio — Police confirmed a domestic situation in Delaware on Sunday, and that a man is refusing to come out of his home.

This situation is taking place on Franklin Street, north of Lincoln Avenue.

Police did not release any additional information.
