Charleston Animal Society: Kittens recovering after being struck by weed wacker

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Four poor kittens are recovering after they were accidentally hit by a weed wacker earlier in the week, according to the Charleston Animal Society.

The organization said three of the kittens suffered lacerations, but that they are eating well and went into a foster home together.

The fourth kitten is being cared for by the veterinary services manager, who is equipped to care for critically injured animals. That kitten, named "Troybuilt," suffered lacerations across his face and legs and may need surgery to remove his broken leg.
