ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) - The Albany County Sheriff's Office say they have charged a county empolyee, accused of shooting a coworker in the arm with a nail-gun.
Jesse Burby was arrested after an investigation, accused of using a nail-gun shooting it into the coworker's arm, then threatening the victim by pointing the tool at other body parts.
The victim was taken to the hospital to undergo surgery to remove the nail.
Burby was charged with one count of assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and one count of Menacing,
