ESPERANCE, NY (WRGB) The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has identified the person who died during Mountain Madness as Katie L. Falgiano, 19, of Budd Lake, N.J.

Deputies, fire and EMS personnel were dispatched at 8:59 p.m. to a vehicle rollover in Charleston, where the outdoor motorsports event was taking place.
