Country Music star Carrie Underwood surprises couples at Nashville restaurant

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Country Music star Carrie Underwood surprised couples on Valentine's Day with picking up the tab for their meals and giving them free concert tickets.

At least two couples were surprised while dining at Sinema Restaurant and Bar located on 8th Avenue.

The lucky diners received a card signed by Underwood stating "SURPRISE! Your dinner has been taken care of this evening. Happy Valentine's Day! xoxo #LoveWins."

They also received a pair of tickets for her show at Bridgestone Arena this September.
