ISP trooper seizes meth, heroin from driver in north Idaho

LEWISTON, Idaho (CBS 2) — An Idaho State Trooper seized meth and heroin from a driver in Lewiston, Idaho.

Trooper Kyle Kesler had stopped a driver on US 95 when he found 4.37 oz. of meth and 18 grams of heroin inside the vehicle.

Kesler found that the driver had an active warrant and was a suspended driver.

He then called for a K9 unit. Sgt. Yount responded with Boston to sniff out the drugs.

There were two other people in the car with the driver.
