Have you heard? Idaho's population is quickly on the rise.

The Idaho Department of Labor released new 2019 statistics highlighting the Gem State's population boom. Most notably, the state says Nampa was just 3,064 residents short from becoming the state's third city (Boise, Meridian) to have more than 100,000 residents.

Also of note: Twin Falls increased its population to more than 50,000, making the state home to eight cities with those numbers.
