Police serve warrant for 5 hours in east Boise

BOISE, Idaho (CBS 2) — Police serving a warrant in east Boise were on scene Tuesday for about 5 hours before taking a person into custody.

Ada County Dispatch said the call came in at 5:15 p.m. at E Holly Street and S Walnut Street.

Boise police attempted to make contact with a person before S.W.A.T. arrived.

The person is now in custody.
