An NBA fan made it his mission to get on the Jumbotron 30 times at an NBA arena in just 30 days.

David Delooper finished his mission at the Moda Center at the Trail Blazers game on January 23.

The Philadelphia native came up with the idea while attending an NBA game, noticing how the atmosphere of the game could change when someone brought joy to everyone on the Jumbotron.

He decided to bring that joy to people across the country, by vowing to appear on the Jumbotron at 30 arenas in 30 days. His bosses encouraged him to pursue this personal project and allowed him to take personal leave to accomplish his goal.

Together with his friend, traveling by car and plane, he wore costumes related to each team and location - and danced to get the cameraman's attention.

Delooper says he loved his experience at the Moda Center in Portland, calling it a top-notch arena.

In Portland on Thursday, he chose to pay homage to Ron Sloy, also known as 'Really Tan Portland Ken" who received attention for his outfit at a game in 2016.

Delooper says now that it's all over, he is happy to go home and sleep in his own bed.
