COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ore. – Columbia County issued an updated list of where residents can fill sand bags Tuesday after heavy rains flooded several towns.

CLATSKANIE:

  • Public Works Department shop, Hwy 47 & SW Normand St. (across from Howard Drive)
  • City Park, off NE 5th St near the recycling containers

ST HELENS:

  • Columbia County Road Department, 1054 Oregon St.
  • City of St. Helens City Shop, Deer Island Road at Oregon Street

SCAPPOOSE:

  • Behind Scappoose City Hall, 33568 E Columbia Ave

MIST-BIRKENFELD

  • Mist Main Fire Station, 12525 Highway 202

RAINIER

  • Public Works building at 106 West B St.

VERNONIA

  • City Shop on Lincoln Avenue
