Woman shot in Portland's Cully Neighborhood, police say

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police say someone shot a woman in Portland’s Cully Neighborhood early Thursday morning.

Officers responded to a report that someone had been shot in the 5100 block of Northeast Killingsworth Street shortly before 1 a.m.

At the scene, officers found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers treated the woman’s injury until the ambulance arrived.

The ambulance took the woman to a hospital. Police do not know her condition.

Police say they are not looking for a suspect at this time.

Officers with the Portland Police Bureau’s Special Victims Unit are investigating.
