Missouri man faces charges of DWI and littering in Newton County

NEWTON COUNTY, Ark. (KATV) — Newton County Sheriff Glenn Wheeler says that a 44-year old man from Reeds Spring, Missouri was arrested after driving his vehicle into a ditch on Kyle's Landing near Mount Sherman Saturday.

Stoner was transported to Newtown County Jail for BAC testing, faces DWI and littering charges, and is incarcerated pending bond.
