Authorities are searching for a missing Caruthersville, Missouri woman whose car was found in Arkansas.

According to the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department, 36-year-old Michelle Bell's vehicle was found in Mississippi County Monday night on an exit ramp of I-55 near Joiner, Arkansas.

Deputies say she was last seen around 11:43 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, she is suffering from mental illness and has been hallucinating.

Bell is described as 5'4" and 105 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and pink leggings.

Caruthersville Police Chief Tony Jones said they believe she left Caruthersville around 2 a.m. in a maroon Chevy HHR.
