A woman has been sentenced in connection with the 2016 death of a man at a Little Rock auto detail shop.

Alundra Hampton, 26, was sentenced to 60 years in the shooting death of Todd Sieber, a semi-truck salesman, at Hines Auto Detail in Little Rock back in November 2016.

Hampton had taken a plea deal last June, receiving a reduced charge of second-degree murder from capital and first-degree battery. Hampton's sentence had been reliant on truthful testimony she was supposed to give at trial in the case of the two other defendants facing charges. Both defendants eventually took plea deals as well.

Before her sentencing, Hampton told Sieber she was sorry, as she was walking into the courtroom. During the sentencing, Hampton gave a letter to Sieber's wife Cynthia apologizing for her role in her husband's death saying, "I can't stress how sorry I am."

"So far she's the only one that has any remorse at all," said Sieber.

Sieber said she was satisfied "in a way" with Hampton's sentence. She said she would have preferred Hampton receive life in prison, but said she still wouldn't have been satisfied even with life in prison.

"Life is never going to be the same," said Sieber. "This whole court process - I've had to leave my job - I mean there's just so much to it. But I am grateful that she apologized, it did mean something."

Hampton was the last person to be charged in Sieber's death.

Corey Williams was sentenced in August 2018 to 55 years in prison after negotiating a plea for second-degree murder instead of capital murder, first-degree battery and aggravated robbery.

Taelon Johnson, 23, plead out in exchange for a conviction of second-degree murder and 50 years in prison back in January.
