A Cheyenne Mom has been on a crusade to make the schools address what she sees as a bulling problem, that they are not addressing.

Layne Flores, a former student at Hebard Elementary, explained that he was pushed up against a wall while at school. The impact broke his wrist.

According to Mrs. Sierocki, the school is not properly addressing the incident. She explains that repeated attempts to talk to school official have not resulted in any changes. "They are blowing it off," she explains.

In the above interview she and Layne tell their story and reach out to other parents who have similar stories.
