PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Gresham police are looking for a missing 13-year-old boy who ran away on Jan. 1.
Dylan Gibson is white with brown hair and brown eyes and is about 5-foot-4 and 143 pounds.
His Department of Human Services case worker said he suffers from a traumatic brain injury. He functions at his age level but has conditions that mean he needs supervision.
