Flooding on the Missouri River and its tributaries has created a traffic labyrinth in downtown Jefferson City with several roads under water both in the city and in Cole County.

Road and street closures as of Friday morning are as follows:

JEFFERSON CITY:

-Missouri Blvd. from Main St. to Whitten Expressway

-Main Street from Missouri Blvd. to Broadway

-Walnut from Elm to Miller

-Elm Street from Walnut to Mulberry

-Dunklin Street from Missouri Blvd. to Mulberry

-Broadway Street from McCarty to Whitten Expressway

-Miller Street from Walnut to Broadway and from Washington to Jefferson

-South Blvd. from Myrtle to Ohio Street

-Washington Park Road from U.S. Hwy. 50 to Virginia Street

-Louisiana Street off of Kansas Street

-Handley Way from Broadway to Washington

-All of North Jefferson City

COLE COUNTY:

-Engineers Road

-Railroad Street

-Lock and Dam Road

-Lisletown Road

-East Cole Junction
