Officials with the Cole County Sheriff's Office confirmed a second suspect was charged in connection to a shots fired incident that occurred Wednesday in Jefferson City.

According to court documents, 17-year-old Keiron Robinson, is charged with First-Degree Assault, Aiding and Abetting a Person Shooting from a Motor Vehicle, Property Damage, Armed Criminal Action, and Delivery of 35 grams or less of Marijuana.

The first suspect, 18-year-old Raeqwon Morris, was arrested and charged Thursday for the same offenses.

Court documents stated Morris was driving a vehicle that was involved in a "disturbance and weapons offense" in the 200 block of Belair Drive. Robinson allegedly got out of the car and fired a shot in the direction of the other car involved in the disturbance. An uninvolved victim's car was struck instead.
