Accident involving dump truck injures Missouri man


According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Graydon Starkey, 60, of Louisiana, Missouri, was on Highway 6, just two miles west of Durham, when he traveled off the right side of the road.

A Missouri man was injured after he rolled his dump truck following an accident over the weekend.

It happened around 6:15 Sunday morning in Lewis County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Graydon Starkey, 60, of Louisiana, Missouri, was on Highway 6, just two miles west of Durham, when he traveled off the right side of the road.

That caused his dump truck to overturn in a ditch.

He was taken to Blessing Hospital in Quincy for treatment of minor injuries.

According to the crash report, Starkey was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
