Repeat offender arrested, again, for exposing himself in Salt Lake City

(KUTV) — A man who has a history of exposing himself in public was arrested again.

Claude Parker, 68, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on April 13 for three counts of lewdness with a prior offense, a third-degree felony, according to his affidavit.

Parker reportedly entered a Salt Lake City restaurant on February 18 and exposed his genitals to three women.

Parker confessed to police that he has exposed himself in public since 2003, and said "he didn't know what was going to help him stop the behavior."

Court documents reveal he was convicted of two counts of lewdness in June of 2014 and one count in September of 2015.

Parker was previously arrested for "placing video cameras in a woman's apartment," the affidavit states.
