Governor Tom Wolf is expected to make an announcement at the state capitol today, reaffirming his commitment to raising the state's minimum wage.

State legislators and workers will join Gov. Wolf at 10 a.m. as he reintroduces his proposal to increase the state's minimum wage and provide a wage increase to nearly 1 million Pennsylvanians.

This year, more than 21 states will increase their minimum wage while PA's legislature has failed to approve an increase since it was set a $7.25 more than 10 years ago.
