LOCATED: 78-year-old Harrisburg man with medical condition

HARRISBURG, PA — UPDATE: Police have safely located Johnnie Yates.

Harrisburg Police are trying to locate a 78-year-old man they say went missing over the weekend.

According to police, Johnnie Yates was last seen on Dec. 22, 2019 at around 4:30 a.m. in the 500 block of South 15th Street in Harrisburg when he walked away from a family member's home.

Yates was last seen wearing a black knit cap, black coat, black sweatpants and gray shoes.

Police say Yates suffers from medical conditions that require attention.
