Video captures night skiing through Montana inversion

MISSOULA, Mont. — Explore Whitefish captured amazing video of skiers and snowboarders enjoying night skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort recently.

They swept down the mountainside when recent inversions were trapping colder air down in western Montana valleys.

This video captured the skiing, a sunset, and the inversion all at the same time.

It was posted to Facebook on Tuesday, January 15.
