Capriotti's selling $4 Bobbies to celebrate 25 years in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is serving up its signature ‘The Bobbie’ for only $4 on June 13 nationwide to celebrate its 25th anniversary in the valley.

Capriotti’s was originally founded in 1976 in Delaware where it first crafted the famous ‘Thanksgiving leftover sandwich’ before opening up shop in Las Vegas in 1993.

“We are thrilled to be celebrating 25 years in our home market. Seeing Capriotti's establish a loyal fan-base over the years has been the driving factor in the evolution of the brand and making it what customers know and love today," said Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti's.

Capriotti’s has expanded across Nevada and the nation, most recently celebrating the opening of a 10th location in 10 years in Henderson.

More locations are expected to open soon in Southern California, Colorado, South Dakota and Delaware.
