Pop-up Christmas-themed bar to open in Las Vegas for holiday season

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Feeling the Christmas spirit, or should we say Christmas ‘spirits’? As in boozy spirits?

Okay, we’ll stop. But first, some good news for all the candy cane-loving, mistletoe-waving, tree-decorating fanatics.

For six weeks, one Las Vegas bar will transform into the pop-up Christmas-themed retreat named Miracle on Spring Mountain.

Beginning the Monday of Thanksgiving week, Nov. 25, The Sand Dollar Lounge, located near Spring Mountain Road and Polaris Avenue, will become the winter getaway, complete with Christmasy cocktails and special theme nights throughout December.

The Miracle drink menu will include special mugs and glassware and feature fun concoctions like the Koala-La La La, La La La La, Snowball Old-Fashioned and Christmas Carol Barrel.

Décor will be taken care of by local business Bright Light Holiday Company, which is known for its light displays at some of Las Vegas’ exclusive homes.

Designer Garrett Pattiani will be given a $10,000 budget for the company’s first indoor design.

The pop-up cocktail bar is a national concept founded in 2014. It currently spans locations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia and Central America.
