You’re a mean one, Nevada.

According to a new report from GetCenturyLink, the Silver State has the least Christmas spirit, making it the “grinchiest” of in the nation.

Researchers determined the Christmas spirit for each state by analyzing 10 metrics in two main categories: online activity and area culture. These metrics included the number of Christmas songs streamed, number of Christmas-related tweets, number of Christmas tree farms per capita and amount of charitable donations.

Nevada ranked the lowest with Hawaii, California, Florida and Arizona rounding out the top five.

One suggestion the report has as to why these states are lacking in holly jolly attitudes is that they have the lowest chances of getting snow. No white Christmas makes it hard to tap into the holiday cheer, apparently.

Meanwhile, the state with the most Christmas spirit is Tennessee, and Nevada’s neighbor Utah came in number three, grabbing the top spot in the charity category as the most giving state.
