Las Vegas Book Festival celebrates 18th year

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Las Vegas Book Festival, the largest literary event in Nevada, is celebrating the 18th year.

Come alone, with a friend or bring the kids. It’s fun for everyone. Interesting panels throughout the day on topic such as politics, faith, healing, history and poetry.

There will be a children’s pavilion and activities throughout the day as well as authors, food trucks, a wine garden and musical entertainment.

The festival takes place Saturday, Oct. 19, 2019, at the Historic Fifth Street School, 401 S. Fourth St, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The annual festival is free and open to all ages.
