A man who police said exposed himself to multiple students in the Oklahoma City School District was arrested last week. Police arrested 25-year-old Ricardo Ramirez-Ibarra for indecent exposure after taking at least three reports.

"He would call the kids over to his car where he would expose himself to the kids," Oklahoma City police Msgt. Gary Knight said. "He never tried to grab them and pull them inside the vehicle it's important to note."

Students first reported that a man exposed himself to them at a bus stop on Nov. 15 at SW 30th St. and Villa Ave.

Then, students at Mayfield Middle School reported someone did the same thing twice to them as they were walking to school.

"It was based on the description the kids were giving and they gave us very good descriptions," Knight said. "There were also witnesses at the scene that gave us very good descriptions."

Police want you to take a good look at the suspect. They want you to come forward if you think your child may have seen this man exposing himself.

"We always want to hear from victims in cases like this because this type of behavior often escalates," Knight said. "We want to get this guy arrested and off the streets before he has a chance to escalate."

Most of all, police said it's important to put a stop to this. They don't want more children to have to go through this experience.

"If you see something like this going on, get out of that place, get away from the person, make as much noise as you can, tell an adult and that's exactly what they did," Knight said.

Police said to call 911 if you think you were a victim.

Ramirez-Ibarra is now in the Oklahoma County jail facing four counts of indecent exposure.
