Rollover crash leaves 2 with life-threatening injuries in Scottsdale

Six people, two of whom had life-threatening injuries, were hurt in a rollover collision Tuesday morning in Scottsdale, authorities said.

A red convertible and a white truck collided at about 11 a.m. on Pima Road near Black Mountain Road, just south of Carefree.

Details about the collision were not immediately available.

Sgt. Ben Hoster, a Scottsdale police spokesman, said motorists should avoid the area as the crash investigation continues.
