Citrus gardens, wine cellars and horse stables are among the luxurious features in this week's most expensive home sales in metropolitan Phoenix.

The company owns Scottsdale hot spots Bottled Blonde, Hi-Fi Kitchen + Cocktails, Bevvy and RnR Gastropub, as well as uptown Phoenix's Stock & Stable and the bar hidden above it, Honor Amongst Thieves. The 6,451-square-foot house has four bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms. The house is modeled after the chateaus of France and Italy and features craftsman court tiles from Portugal and Spain, steel doors and custom-designed light fixtures.
