The company owns Scottsdale hot spots Bottled Blonde, Hi-Fi Kitchen + Cocktails, Bevvy and RnR Gastropub, as well as uptown Phoenix's Stock & Stable and the bar hidden above it, Honor Amongst Thieves. The 6,451-square-foot house has four bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms. The house is modeled after the chateaus of France and Italy and features craftsman court tiles from Portugal and Spain, steel doors and custom-designed light fixtures.

The house also has a zinc bar with bifold windows and 10-foot bifold doors that open to the covered patio. The master suite has his and her closets with a washer and dryer, a soaking tub with heating element and a large steam shower.
