Science Exhibition held at Williamnagar

TURA: A District Level Students’ Science Exhibition with the theme “Scientific Solution for Challenges in Life” was organized by the District School Education office at Williamnagar DRDA hall on Wednesday in which a total of 12 schools, 8 from urban and 4 from rural areas, participated.

Inaugurating the science exhibition, Deputy Commissioner of the district, Swapnil Tembe, said that this kind of events are very important and should be organized in block and state levels as well and urged the students to participate in the exhibitions organized by the Human Resources Development.

Stressing on the importance of science, he urged the students to come up with scientific solutions in terms of biodegradable materials. He also said that challenges are a part of every-day life which are to be solved by innovations.

Delivering the key-note address, the DSEO, Illa G Momin, said that science and mathematics are the tools for investigate and develop the world by providing scientific solutions to different challenges in human life.
