Muscle power on display at this reality show audition in Jaipur
Youngsters from all over Rajasthan came together at the auditions for a fitness reality show that involved rigorous activities including flipping tyres, push-ups and running with cement sacks.
Youngsters, not just from Jaipur, but even from as far away as Udaipur, Bhilwara, and Kota turned up for the auditions of Fitness League Of India (FLI) a fitness reality show on Saturday in Vaishali Nagar.
FLI is an initiative by fitness trainer Tarun Gill in collaboration with Rannvijay Singha and Sahil Khan that provides an opportunity to the youngsters to showcase their fitness levels.

Hopefuls - both girls and boys - started gathering at the venue by 9 am. Before the auditions, a warmup session was organised for the aspirants that included a push-up competition between girls and boys, squat challenge and several other activities. The audition was divided into two rounds; the first round had participants going through rigorous tasks that included flipping tyres and running with cement sacks while the second round was a one-on-one interview with Tarun and Sahil. “Fitness is a state of mind. It is a misconception among people that fitness is all about body building and six pack abs. This reality show breaks this stereotype and gives people a platform to showcase how fit they are,“ Tarun told us adding, “Prior to Jaipur, we had auditioned in Guwahati. From each city, we will be selecting six people three boys and three girls who will be going to Delhi where teams will be formed. A total of 16 teams will be formed, each mentored by a Bollywood celebrity. Teams will then be competing against each other in Mumbai for approximately two weeks and finally the winner will be chosen.“

Sahil, on the other hand, was amazed to see girls coming forward to audition for the show. “I didn't expect to see girls auditioning in Jaipur. It's a surprise for me.They put up a tough competition against boys,“ said the actor, who was visiting Jaipur for the first time. “How come there is no traffic in Jaipur?“ he asked. “When I was on road heading from the hotel to the audition venue I thought it's a holiday in Jaipur as I could hardly see any traffic. It is then that a local production guy told us that this is how it is in Jaipur. I was shocked. Jaipur's
janta is lucky, I must say. Back in Mumbai, we are always struggling in traffic," he quipped.
