NBC 10 News joins Rhode Island broadcasters to present "It's OK Not To Be OK," a program which aims to change the conversation about mental health and substance abuse in the state.

The special highlights powerful, personal stories of Rhode Islanders and the resources and support services that are available to people seeking help.

"It's OK Not To Be OK" is presented by the state of Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Broadcasters Association.
