EMMET COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- Michigan State Police are continuing their annual "Stuff a Blue Goose" campaign this holiday season.

The Alpena Post is hosting theirs at the Meijer in Petoskey on Saturday.

The public is welcome to bring new, unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items to put into an MSP patrol car.

All donations will be going toward the Manna Food Project or to the Northern Michigan Marine Corps League for Toys for Tots to distribute to families in Emmet and Charlevoix Counties.

Within the first hour of the event, the backseat of one of the patrol vehicles was already almost full of donations.

The event is running from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
