Now that North Carolina has entered Phase One of the re-opening process, many people are wondering about travel.
One viewer asked the Coronavirus I-team Help Desk, “Can visitors from another state come into N.C. without having to quarantine?”
According to the state, North Carolina’sborders were never closed and the State Highway Patrol has not been stopping drivers to check if they are residents.

While the state never required a 14 day quarantine, some counties, like Buncombe, did.
