A new playground coming to St. Patrick's County Park, made only out of things you can find in nature.

The park is asking for your help to make this park possible. They're asking for donations.

St. Patrick's County Park is trying to raise $50K in 50 days. If they do this, they'll be matched with a $50K grant. Here is the link to donate.

But what will this money go to? The new playground is called River Ramble. Kids will actually be able to make their own little rivers, dig in the dirt and play with rocks.

The park wanted to encourage kids to play freely in nature.

The park will feature only things found in nature, like logs and rocks.

The idea of what this park will look actually came from the community.

"We know that the community wants it," said Evie Kirkwood, director of St. Joseph County Parks. "We hear all the time, 'I just want a place where my kids can dig in the dirt that’s safe...'"

Construction will start on the park this fall, and the park will open to the public in 2020.
