Work begins on new Intermediate school for Goshen School System

GOSHEN — Initial work has begun on the new Intermediate school for the Goshen School System.

It will serve grades five and six.

The $38 million project is being built near the intersection of Greene Road and Plymouth Avenue.

The new intermediate school will take in around 220,000 square feet. Its projected to serve around 1,100 students with 44 classrooms.

Plans call for it to open in the Fall of 2021.
