35-year-old Montgomery County man arrested for exposing himself to juveniles

MONTGOMERY Co., Va. (WSET) -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says a man has been arrested after he showed himself to a child last week in Shawsville.

The sheriff's office said Walter Franklin Morgan of Elliston was taken into custody without incident in Roanoke by Montgomery County investigators and US Marshals on Tuesday, August 11.

Morgan is charged with one count of petit larceny and two counts of indecent exposure to a minor.

The sheriff's office posted photos of a red truck on Facebook Saturday, August 8 saying Morgan exposed himself to two juveniles in the area of Shawsville Middle School.

He is being held in Montgomery County Jail with no bond.
