West Virginia surpasses 91,000 coronavirus tests

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — More than 91,000 coronavirus tests have been reported to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources as of Thursday evening.

The department said 1,935 cases have come back positive out of 91,036 tests. Seventy-four West Virginians have died.

Coronavirus testing will be open Friday and Saturday in Berkeley, Jefferson, Kanawha, Mineral and Morgan counties.
