Mega Millions jackpot increased to $433M, sixth-largest ever

The jackpot in Friday night's Mega Millions drawing has been increased to $433 million, which makes it the sixth largest in the game's history, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said in a statement.

Tickets will be sold until 9:45 p.m. The drawing is at 10 p.m.

If no one wins the jackpot tonight, it would increase to nearly $500 million for Tuesday's drawing.

One person in Arkansas has claimed a Mega Millions jackpot. Eliburto Cantu won $177 million in 2017 after purchasing a ticket in Stuttgart.
