Pueblo Community College-Fremont Campus encourages anyone considering college classes this fall to attend a special FAFSA session on campus from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at 51320 W. U.S. 50 in the Computer Lab.
Reservations are required for this workshop, as seating is limited. To reserve a space, call 719-296-6101.
Classes begin on Aug. 19, so this session is a “must” for those who have not applied for admission or financial aid yet. Prospective students will be able to complete and submit the FAFSA during this hands-on workshop.
Completing the FAFSA form is the essential step in determining eligibility for financial aid. The FAFSA calculation helps college staff explain the most helpful combination of grants, loans and scholarship possibilities for each student.
Prospective students and family members are welcome to attend. Items that are mandatory for FAFSA completion are:
— 2017 tax returns for student (and parents if students are under 24)
— Valid id (CO driver’s license, etc.)
— Social Security Number
— Driver’s License
