Sunday happenings around Carson City Sept. 23
Enjoy a warm, sunny first Sunday of Autumn by heading outdoors, where you can share space with some of our area's wildlife.
From a Muscle Powered bike ride to u-pick apples at the Apple Basket in Washoe Valley, you take in a crisp, cool morning or a mild, pleasant afternoon.
Hike along the Carson River or stroll through Carson City's historic west side neighborhood, and you just might see some the resident Mule deer enjoying themselves, too.
Do you have an event or happening you'd like people to know about? Tell us about it by clicking here, filling out the details and we'll tell Carson City area readers about your event. You can also submit the relevant information, also known as the " 5Ws and How” to editor@carsonow.org.
