Dominic Rivera 
Louisville police have located and arrested the suspect in the assault of a man and a woman early Saturday morning.
Dominic Rivera, 27, was arrested in Erie and transported to the Boulder County Jail, Louisville spokeswoman Jen Kenney said Tuesday.
Rivera reportedly assaulted a woman in the 1800 block of Kaylix Avenue and then hit and seriously injured a man with a vehicle.
The car Rivera was driving was found scorched in Erie.
Rivera also was wanted for active warrants for a number of crimes, including failure to comply, escape, and motor vehicle theft. He is also subject of several protection orders, according to police.
Rivera has not yet had a court date set.
