NOPD: Man shot in New Orleans East

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A man was injured in a shooting in New Orleans East Saturday night (Feb. 16), according to New Orleans police.
The shooing was reported shortly before 11:00 p.m., NOPD said, in the 13900 block of Wales Street. As of late Saturday, investigators were not sure of the exact location of the shooting, but said it was from Wales Street.
The victim’s condition was not known Saturday, but NOPD said the shooting was not fatal.
No further information was immediately available.
