HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Authorities have identified the man who died Sunday night after falling from a 34th floor balcony at a Kakaako highrise.

The Medical Examiner’s Office said 38-year-old Albert Stechmann III, of Honolulu, died of multiple blunt force injuries.

Police said the incident happened at the One Archer Lane tower on South King Street.

The circumstances of the fall are still not immediately clear.

Police have launched an unattended death investigation.
