It's been a long road for Blake Bell. From Wichita, to Norman, Oklahoma, then through several stops in the NFL. However, he finally made his way back close to home and that's lead him to a Super Bowl.

"You've got to enjoy the moment," Bell said. "I'm just so blessed to be here."

The Chiefs tight end has come onto the scene in a big way, but he never forgets where his roots are.

"It's special, you know," he said. "Growing up in Wichita, and you know just seeing all the support that I have gotten from there."

Before catching touchdowns in AFC championship games at Arrowhead, he was playing quarterback at the University of Oklahoma. It wasn't long, though, before he would be back close to home.

"It's just kind of crazy how life comes full circle and your right back in the Kansas City Chiefs."

Monday night, it was all about interviews on opening night before the big game. In that, he said he feels like the Chiefs have something special coming their way.

"When you got a guy like Pat Mahomes leading us it's something special," he said. "I think the guys feel that and know that."
