Red Raiders rally to beat New Mexico

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Josh Jung’s RBI double to center in the 7th inning broke open a 4-4 tie helping the Red Raiders gets past New Mexico 6-4 Tuesday night at Rip Griffin Park.
Jung went 2 for 4 with 2 RBI tonight as the Red Raiders moved to 26-13 overall. They now host Oklahoma State this weekend. The Cowboys lead the Red Raiders by 2 games in the Big 12 standings.
In relief, Taylor Floyd went 3 innings allowing no runs with 6 strikeouts.
Texas Tech moves to 18-4 overall as they move to 42-22 against New Mexico since February of 2000.
