A missing teenager and her newborn daughter were found safe late Thursday night, Grain Valley police said.Police were called to a home in the 1200 block of Scenic around 5:20 p.m. in regards to a missing juvenile.Family members said McKayla Rykiel, 16, ran away from the home, and also took her 2-month-old daughter with her.Authorities did not release any other information after Rykiel and her daughter were found safe.
