An Illinois woman was seriously hurt after she was struck by lightning Thursday night while attending a country music festival in Wisconsin.Brittney N. Prehn, 22, was talking on her cellphone during a storm when she was struck by lightning at a Country Thunder Music Festival. A lightning bolt struck her near the ear and went through her body, authorities said.She was taken to Northern Illinois Medical Center for treatment and has since been moved to Loyola University Medical Center.
