Loving, NM- New Mexico State Police have confirmed the deaths of two Texas men.

One of them, was from the Rio Grande Valley.

The accident happened in the southern part of the state, when a 19-year-old crossed the center line and hit a pick-up truck.

47-year-old Anthony Robert Capetillo of McAllen was behind the wheel of the truck. 

State police said neither of the men appeared to be wearing their seat belts at the time.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
